for the last challenge of the year over at :iconbattle-artist:

Concept char from scratch. Given a brief description of the char we had to come up with what we thought she should look like. I went for more of the pirate look with a pinch of sorceress. Also i created her bow. The Bow of the Golden Wolf. When used by a sorceress it is imbued with the nature of her powers. Our heroine being an ice sorceress, hence the ice arrow.

I like her thighs a lot haha.. she has some curves which is nice to see. your style has really bounce around a ton this season compared to last.

yeah just experimenting. playing with different things. see what feels good. i like this style this is probably the main style i do. gotta keep exploring, finding myself in my art.

Woah! Now that is an epic idea for the bow.. I love how the arrow and string is made of icey magic *_* so sparkly.. The outfit is killer, the colors are perfect.. you really nailed this one :)

Rendering that is tough! The shadows in gold are quite weird and its hard to get the bright bits right without plowing head first into orange. With the blueish glow from the spell I think that you did a great job avoiding greening it out.
