BA entry Celty

for this weeks challenge...wish me luck. I dont know much about the character...well i didnt going into the challenge but i read about her and she sounded cool. I dont like anime generally but i did enjoy doing this piece. its a really cool concept. I used some smoke brushes that i got somewhere a long time ago. if you recognize them let me know so i can give cred where due.
